I work with kids, teens, and adults to help with things like:

• Trouble with focus or behavior
• Sadness or depression
• Family or school problems
• Big life changes or losses
• Building confidence and self-esteem
• Learning how to handle emotions and solve problems
Therapy is a team effort. I listen, support, and teach helpful tools so each person can grow, heal, and feel more in control. Every session is private, respectful, and made just for you.
